Apple Tart

Ingredients:

2 green apples

3 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
1 quart of whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pie shell.

Procedures:

Preheat Oven to 350F, peel, core and thinly slice apples, fill shell with slices, beat eggs with cream, sugar & vanilla until foamy, pour over apples and bake for 40 min. or until brown
