Ingredients :
√ 4 medium onions
√ 4lb. (1.80kg) lean minced beef
√ 4oz (100g) butter
√ 8tblsp. chopped fresh parsley
√ i2tbsp. brown sauce
√ 8oz. (225g) grated Cheddar cheese
√ salt and pepper
√ 24 burger buns
Preparation :
First melt the butter in a pan then fry the onions gently
for 5 minutes
√ Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients
√ Divide into 24 and shape into burgers
√ cook on a well heated barbecue for 15 minute"
